Rookul Solutions provides end-to-end educational technology infrastructure for schools, colleges, coaching institutes, Army, and government institutions. We supply, install, and maintain 11 integrated EdTech solutions — from smart classrooms to auditorium setups.
We are headquartered in Delhi-NCR and deliver and install solutions PAN India, including remote and semi-urban locations.
We are a specialised system integrator and authorized dealer for leading EdTech hardware brands. We design, procure, integrate, and install complete solutions — acting as a single point of contact for your institution.
PRODUCTS & SOLUTIONS
For classrooms up to 30 students, a 65″ panel is ideal. For larger classrooms of 40–60 students, we recommend 75″ or 86″ panels. Our team conducts a site survey and recommends the best fit.
Yes. The interactive panel works fully in offline mode for teaching, annotation, and content playback. Internet is only required for cloud-based content sharing or video conferencing features.
No. Our Language Lab uses a central server with thin client stations, significantly reducing cost and maintenance overhead.
We use ISO 15693 HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) — the global standard for library applications — compatible with all major OPAC software systems.
SUPPORT & AFTER-SALES
All solutions come with a minimum 1-year comprehensive on-site warranty. Interactive panels come with a 3-year warranty. Extended AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) are available for all products.
We offer a 24-hour response SLA for AMC clients within Delhi-NCR, and 48-72 hours for other locations. Critical breakdowns (like mid-exam season) are given priority same-day response.
Yes. Every installation includes 1–2 days of hands-on training for teachers and IT staff, and we provide user manuals and video tutorials in Hindi and English.
PROCUREMENT & PRICING
Yes. Rookul Solutions is a verified GeM (Government e-Marketplace) vendor. Government schools and institutions can procure directly through the GeM portal.
